A House of Cards

Tuesday, April 22, 2008

Well...

it's been a while. (I say that a lot, don't I?) I thought I was going to make it back the day after my last post, but I didn't. I did have sort of a good reason though. It was David's and my wedding anniversary. We hit the 15 year mark. Amazing, isn't it? I guess I picked a good one. ;) We took a trip to Atlanta (with the kids). Not very romantic, but we had a great time as a family. We went to the Georgia Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum, had some really good food, and stopped at IKEA on the way home. We spent way too much money for a short weekend, but you only live once, right? ;)

I guess I can share my March Self-Addressed projects with you. It is way past then. For some reason, they haven't gone up on the site yet. Technical difficulties, I guess.

This kit is so pretty. I love the colors and patterns. I hope you do too. I am not normally a "yellow" kinda person, but I really am starting to like using it more and more. Seems like there are quite a few lines with yellows lately.

That's it for me today. I hope you are all having a great week so far. Thanks for stopping by!

Wow. Everything you touch turns to gold, Roree...it's true!
You know, I've received the same kit, but I didn't like the papers and I cannot seem to make anything out of it. Now when I see yours, I see that it's actually possible to make something beautiful and stylish out of the kit. Thanks for the inspiration!!

XOXO
