A House of Cards

a happy note...

Anyone else having a hard time with the time change?  I can't seem to get in the groove, and my family has been coming down with time change-itis.  Hopefully our internal clocks will reset soon and get us back on track.

I have a few things that I made for Ally Scraps to share with you today.  Again, I am using the For the Record collection from Echo Park.  I am LOVING the yellow in this line and decided to make some bright and cheery cards.

First off is 'happy note'.

Next is 'hello friend'.

Love, love, lovin' the colors in this collection and the fun, retro feel.

You can find the list of supplies used and step-by-step instructions for both cards here.  Make sure to look around and check out more inspiring work while you are there.  ;)

Hope you all have a wonderful day.  Hugs!

Lovely stuff, as always! I'm so falling in love with Echo Park, they make the most wonderful papers!

I love both of them and decided to give your first design a go:

Mine is nowhere near the beauty you created, but I loved your card so much I at least had to try :) And my mom liked it, that's the most important part, isn't it? :)
Best wishes from Germany!

Okay I couldn't resist and had to make a card according to your second creation as well :) Here it is:
