Pretty Party Favors

Hey everyone!  Just wanted to come by and share a project that I made for the Crate Paper blog last week.

I thought it would be fun to create some fun party favors using the new Pretty Party collection.

I just love the mix of colors and patterns in this collection, some soft and sweet, some bright and fun, all coming together to make one beautiful line.

The favor itself is just so easy to make.

Just think of the packaging from Minute Maid Juice Bars or those little packets sour cream you get at some restaurants.  A paper roll sealed at both ends in opposite directions.

You can see my tutorial HERE, if you like.

After that, all that is left is to decorate them.

I used my Cricut Expression 2 and Once Upon a Princess cartridge to cut the flowers, and then I embellished the favors with tags, stickers, and chipboard in a birthday party theme.

They could easily be used for just about any type of theme just by changing the paper and embellishments, though.

Hope you enjoyed today's project.  Have a wonderful day, and thanks so much for stopping by!
