October Afternoon Fabric Roses

Hey everyone! This was my week on the OA blog to come up with a tutorial.  I felt like playing with my sewing machine, so I got out my OA fabric and went to work.

This what I ended up with:

Some fun fabric roses.  They were so quick and easy to make: just fabric, my sewing machine and thread, and some floral wire. You can see how I made them HERE on the OA blog.

I added them to this gift bag I made using the 9 to 5 collection.

The orange fabric paired so will with the greens, blues, and oranges in the collection.

I put together the sentiment using Little Fliers and Sticky Keys stickers.

Such a fun project!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Oh baby!

Hey everyone!  Just dropping by to share some projects I made using the new baby collections from Crate Paper, Little Boy Blue and Little Boy Beep. These collections are just the cutest and have the sweetest prints and images. You will fall in love just like I have, I am sure!

First off is a card I made with Little Boy Blue.

I made this for the Chart It! Creative Weekly Feature. I got my inspiration from a pie chart. It was a perfect bit of inspiration, and it allowed me to combine lots of the papers (which was a good thing because I had a really hard time narrowing them down!)

And isn't that little puppy just the most adorable thing you have ever seen???  I love him!

Next up is a little gift package I put together with Little Bo Peep.

These collections have such a cool retro feel.

And I am in love with the wood veneer shapes. Aren't they awesome?!

That's all the baby projects I have to share. I hope you enjoyed them.
Hope you all have a great weekend, and thanks so much for stopping by!
